You’re a mother, a daughter, a sister, a wife, a partner, a working woman and/or a combination of any of the above. You know it, I know it and the person staring back in the mirror knows it.
I bet you’d say you’re overwhelmed and under nourished. I’m not just talking about the food on your plate. I’m talking the stuff that makes your heart swell. I’m talking about the stuff that makes the soul sing. Your soul in particular. At one point all the moving parts in your life use to flow so well that a gospel choir had nothing on your harmonic melody but now…. well now your soul food sounds more like a 5th grade band class. You rather just shut the classroom door and pretend it isn’t happening.

This all sounds great but what exactly is a Subtle Nudge session?
It is the nudge you need to get your inner doubt to shut the hell up and for you to start taking action- in the form of a single working session. Now, this session for some is enough. It’s all the motivation they need to get their 5th grade band class sounding more like The Red Hot Chili Peppers. For others, it’s more like an introduction to working with me as their health and lifestyle consultant, but really it’s a sneak peak into how much potential your bad-ass-ness really has. If anything, this session provides a euphoric feeling of relief after making some much needed time for YOURSELF.
Before we get down to the good stuff, you’ll have to schedule an appointment time online, complete some intake forms and do some self talk. This session could take the upwards of 1.5 hours so it’s really important you block out enough time in your busy schedule.
I want to make something clear, once I receive your intake forms, that’s when I really get to work. It isn’t enough for me to just read them once or twice. That would be like me walking into a meeting with the board of directors without knowing what the company’s all about. Ignorance is bliss but too much ignorance is just plain stupid. I take my time looking over your forms and analyze the information you give me.
When we have our scheduled appointment, I’ll have a few questions. These questions will help me understand:
- Who you really are
- Your wants and needs
- What hardships you think are standing in your way to reaching your ideal life
I’ll also share what I suspect your road blocks are and together we’ll come up with a no BS game plan for the next steps that you should take. This game plan will be realistic even with your hectic and sometimes crazy lifestyle.
Each session is as unique as the individual which means there is no one size fits all approach. I understand that everyone is extremely busy and the length of the session might be a little daunting. For that reason, I like to save you and myself some time by doing everything either over the phone or Skype. No need to drive 20 minutes in each direction. I only care that you find a space that is free of distractions and where you feel most comfortable opening up about sensitive topics. AKA, I get you’re bored at Susie’s gymnastics but we both know it isn’t a suitable environment.
