Chocolate Cauliflower N’Oats

Chocolate Cauliflower N’Oats

Let’s make one thing clear…

I am NOT a carb hater. This girl loves her oats, bread, wraps, and rice probably more than the average girl but there comes a time when figuring out what food feels BEST becomes the priority.

Hint: If you haven’t figured it out yet- hit this girl up! Investing time in yourself to figure out what makes you feel the best should ALWAYS be a priority.

I digress, these cauliflower n’oats were born after I realized I didn’t want a really heavy meal in the morning. I wanted something that was going to fuel me properly but not sit in my stomach for hours after I ate it.

Isn’t being mindful about food choice such a beautiful thing?

So, instead of eating some bob ass oats- I made some bomb ass cauliflower n’oats instead!

I’d be lying to you if I claimed they were the same- THEY AIN’T- but they are mighty tasty and definitely satisfied me for hours!

For these n’oats you’ll need three basic ingredients:
frozen riced cauliflower
dairy-free milk
Nuzest Rich Chocolate protein powder– (code “ahealthyharmony”) we want this miss to have sustenance, we aren’t trying to cut calories here!

After that, it’s up to you! I always include some type of carb and fat to round out my meal. The usual suspects are banana, berries, apples or peaches. Sometimes I’ll even add a small amount of mashed sweet potato to the mix to ensure I’m fueling my body properly. I always finish it off with a nut or seed butter and some seeds!
