Keto Red Velvet Mug Cake

This chocolately mug cake is not only keto friendly but high in protein and will cure any sweet tooth!

Keto Red Velvet Mug Cake

Don’t you love when recipes just work? This one comes together in less than 3 minutes and comes out perfectly every. single. time.

I’ve “tested” (read: wanted to stuff my face with) this mug cake no less than 5 times and each time I was satisfied for hours! This little bowl packs a punch in the caloric department. It has 27g of protein, 37g of HEALTHY fats and less than 7g net carbs. BUT if you wanted to change things up, feel free!!

The first three times I made it without the collagen or MCT oil (I’d highly recommend keeping the MCT oil in there for health benefits!) and the texture didn’t change very much without them.

Do what feels best for you!

As always, if you happen to make this glorious mug cake, please tag @ahealthyharmony #ahealthyharmony so that I can show you my love!
