I created a smoothie that will not only satisfy your basic needs but it will also satisfy the needs of your body as well. We’re talking minimal sugar, plenty of volume, carbs and protein. It also has the potential to give you some healthy fats all depending on the milk you use! ( I personally love this one) Let’s break it down, shall we?

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

A fruit free Fall smoothie that will hit the spot EVER time!

Servings 1 smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Frozen Riced Cauliflower *steamed + frozen for sensitive tummies
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 serving Nuzest Just Natural Protein
  • 1/4 tsp Pumpkin Spice Mix
  • 1 tsp Monk Fruit granules
  • 1 cup Nut Milk

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Top with something salty, crunchy or just plain delicious!
