I meal prepped this waffle recipe over the weekend and have been happily devouring them all week.
Vegan, gluten-free, grain-free, coconut free, nut-free, added sugar-free…. the list goes on. This recipe is the best!
To give this recipe a protein boost and honestly, the best flavor ever… I used my trusty vegan protein powder Nuzest Rich Chocolate. If you don’t have the protein powder (highly recommend you give it a try), you can substitute it with another tbsp of chickpea flour but you would also have to use the cocoa powder.

Vegan Chocolate Waffle
A Vegan Chocolate Waffle recipe that takes less than 5 minutes with only 5 ingredients
- 1 mediu, Banana mashed
- 1/2 serving Nuzest Rich Chocolate Protein ‘ahealthyharmony’ saves you 15%
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 cup Chickpea Flour
- 1/4 cup Dairy Free Milk
- 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder OPTIONAL
Preheat your waffle iron and grease with a cooking spray.
Whisk the ingredients together in a small bowl before pouring the batter into your heated iron.
Cook the waffle until no longer doughy. About 5 minutes. Top with whatever you please!
